Terms of Service

1. What MoveMe is

MoveMe is a marketplace platform that connects people who need help moving (“requesters”) with people willing to provide that help (“movers”). MoveMe is not a moving company and does not perform moves itself.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use MoveMe.

3. Movers are independent

Movers are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or contractors of MoveMe. Each move is a direct agreement between the requester and the mover. MoveMe does not set rates, schedules, methods, or outcomes — those are negotiated and decided between the parties.

4. No insurance, no guarantees

MoveMe does not provide insurance for any aspect of a move. MoveMe is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, theft, loss, delays, missed appointments, or any other issues arising before, during, or after a move. Both requesters and movers should consider arranging their own insurance.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up and posting moves
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Pay agreed amounts in full and on time
• Show up when committed
• Treat the other party with respect

6. Account actions

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, behave dishonestly, or otherwise create risk for the community.

7. Disputes

Disputes between a requester and a mover are between those two parties. MoveMe will not arbitrate, mediate, or hold liability for outcomes.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. We'll let you know if changes are material. Continued use of MoveMe after changes means you accept them.
